Wasting our lives and glorifying God

Wasting our lives and glorifying God
Notice God's unutterable waste of saints, according to the judgment of the world. God plants His saints in the most useless places. We say - God intends me to be here because I am so useful. Jesus never estimated His life along the line of the greatest use. God puts His saints where they will glorify Him, and we are no judges at all of where that is. ~Oswald Chambers, My Utmost For His Highest, August 10

Finally Final!

Fourteen months ago, two little bundles of sugar joined our family!  They arrived via a foster-adopt, so we couldn't publish their pictures or make any big announcements until it was final.  It's finally final!  I have a new neice and nephew!

Introducing, Deonte and Rhema Correa!  If ever there were brown-sugary children......

Lookin' sharp: Diego, Deonte, Donovan and Rhema

The Gombojavs waiting somewhat patiently for our turn in the courtroom.

Listening to the judge.

"We do solemnly swear to cuddle and snuggle and make up ridiculous nicknames and raise to fear the Lord."
Well, it was something like that anyway.  At least that's what they meant.

The happy complete family.

Everyone came out today for the finalization, even Grandpa and Grandma.

Oh, my goodness!! It too me a minute to figure out that it was not you & Gana who adopted!! Is that your sister, then?

That is awesome. :)
